in which case we will have no further obligation to you. We may accept your
order in whole or in part, adjusting the final price accordingly based on the

All prices listed on our website are fixed but are subject
to change without prior notice. The prices of our seafood products may vary due
to seasonality, catch availability, and market conditions. While we strive to
keep prices stable, we cannot guarantee against such fluctuations.
Payment
We currently accept online payments via credit cards,
including MasterCard and Visa.
Delivery
We
deliver seven days a week. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled
for next-day delivery.

will be made to the address specified at the time of order. Please ensure
the information provided is accurate to avoid delays.
Delivery
charges will apply based on the location. There is no minimum order
requirement.
Products
will only be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.
If no
one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a
notification card. If redelivery is required, additional charges may

We are
not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided
by the customer.
For
any delivery discrepancies, such as missing items, you must notify us
within 3 days of receiving the order.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of seafood, Delmon Fish cannot
accept returns or issue refunds once products have been delivered.
In cases where a mistake has been made on our end — such as
incorrect or spoiled products being delivered — we will arrange for the goods
to be collected and provide a suitable resolution.
Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering the freshest and
highest-quality seafood. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are
any concerns regarding product quality, contact us immediately. Once products
are accepted at delivery, we cannot accommodate returns.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delmon Fish will not
be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of our website or any issues related to product delivery
or quality.
