Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Membership:

- Any sign-up on our website or app automatically makes you a member of our loyalty program.

2. Earning Points:

- For every 1 BHD spent in our shop, you will earn 1 point.

- Each point earned is equivalent to 50 fils.

3. Point Redemption:

- Once you accumulate 150 points, you can redeem them.

- Points can be redeemed through our app, website, or physical outlets.

4. Expiry of Points:

- Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned.

- Expired points will be automatically deducted from your loyalty account.

5. Exclusions:

- Points are not earned on items under offer or promotion.

- Points cannot be earned or redeemed on discounted or promotional items.

6. Cash or Credit Exchange:

- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

7. Refunds:

- If you redeem an item using your points, it cannot be refunded.

8. Program Changes:

- We reserve the right to make changes to the loyalty program, including point values, redemption options, and terms and conditions.

- Any changes will be communicated to members through appropriate channels.

9. Termination:

- We reserve the right to terminate the loyalty program at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members.

10. Abuse of Program:

- Any fraudulent or abusive behavior related to the loyalty program may result in the termination of membership and forfeiture of accumulated points.

11. Personal Information:

- By participating in the loyalty program, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

- We will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
